Refund and Return Policy

Package Returned to Sender

We're sorry to hear that your package was returned to the sender. This typically occurs due to one of the following reasons:

  • Incorrect or Invalid Address: Please double-check the shipping address provided at checkout.
  • Unreachable Customer: The carrier was unable to contact you via the phone number provided.
  • Forwarding Issues: Forwarding instructions were unavailable or expired.
  • P.O. Box Address: P.O. Boxes are not accepted for vape product shipments.
  • Adult Signature Requirement: An adult (21+) was not available to sign for the package.
  • Access Restrictions: The delivery location was inaccessible (e.g., gated community, military base).
  • Customs Clearance Failure: The package failed customs clearance (for international shipments).

Important: Due to PACT Act regulations, we cannot reship returned packages.

If your package was returned due to a failed adult signature delivery, a $14 restocking fee may be deducted from your refund. Please note that shipping and adult signature fees are non-refundable.

To prevent future returns, please:

  • Verify the shipping address before completing your order.
  • Consider shipping to a business address where an adult can sign for the package.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns for unused and unopened vape products within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging

Exemptions: The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used vape products (including e-liquids, disposable vapes, and vape pods)
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, please include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds

In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately at service@elfbareurope.net with a photo of the damaged item and your order details.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.


Shipping

You are responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Due to regulations on vape products, certain carriers may have restrictions on return shipments. Please check with your local carrier before returning any items.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
